REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you always enjoy your products however if for any reason you believe you need to refund or exchange an item that has been damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, providing we receive notice of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery.  THE FRUITFUL BOXES hand pick items and hand pack all orders and take every measure to ensure that the customer receives the delivery in optimum condition!
